1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a pav888 account or is accessing the platform.

pav888 conducts KYC verification on all accounts prior to the processing of withdrawals and may conduct additional identity checks at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) pav888 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device fingerprint, or household IP address — are strictly prohibited. pav888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any balances or winnings associated with them.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and keep such information updated throughout your membership. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pav888 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your activity unless you have notified pav888 in writing of a security compromise without undue delay. pav888 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your pav888 account may be made in MYR via approved payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. pav888 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. pav888 targets a 30-minute processing window for verified e-wallet withdrawals and up to one (1) business day for bank transfer withdrawals. pav888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion for fraud prevention or compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All pav888 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• pav888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Offers already accepted and wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Winnings derived from free-spin or no-deposit bonuses may be capped at the amount specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on pav888 are subject to the individual game rules published by the relevant certified game provider. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all Random Number Generator (RNG) games is determined by certified software audited by independent testing laboratories. Results are final.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the dealing, spinning, or rolling event as captured on the live video feed. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, outcomes are determined by what was recorded on the server at the time of disconnection.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Set a maximum session duration or receive periodic pop-up notifications during play reminding you of time and money spent.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, you may not log in or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from pav888. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pav888 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any criminal offence.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured game parameters for financial gain. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Charging back any deposit through your payment provider after funds have been used for gaming activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pav888 platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, game assets, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pav888 or its licensed providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written consent from pav888.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pav888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if pav888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pav888's aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pav888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to implement appropriate safeguards on your own device.

12. Amendments

pav888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Members via the Platform's notification system or via the email address registered to the Member's account. The current version of the Terms, as published at pav888.app/terms-conditions, shall govern any dispute arising after its effective date. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pav888 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pav888's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
